i got a yamaha YPT-310?
i am only able to record something once
alright lets say i record a melody and then i wanna layer that melody with a bassline but when i press the record button it overwrites the melody and replaces it with the bassline i want to layer my melodies and drum sequence like i wanna add more music to it not overwrite it and is this possible with this keyboard or not?
and also whats it called when a keyboard lets you layer music?
