rhythm music and the brain

Is this normal for the brain to be this way?

when ever i listen to music it's like i can see the sounds the rhythm, in a spectrum of corresponding shapes and sounds...i also can visualize like whole vivid alternate realities or how something will play out,i also seemingly can juggle multiple thoughts on my mind like i can be holding a conversation with someone, but in the back of my mind still have a multitude of thoughts that i can individually and coherently make out running simultaneously what is this...strangely enough with these mental traits i excel in all forms of art easily i can just pick up a new medium and get reasonably good in almost no time
im also ambedrexious

It probably just means youre gifted
