piano keyboard computer

How to make my computer (fruity loops 2008) recognize my keyboard piano?
My keyboard piano is a casio LK-270 and has a USB plug in the back. My computer found it but I can't really do anything with it. I use Fruity Loops studio, and it doesn't see the keyboard. So I was wondering how do I get Fruity loops to recognize the piano?
When you press F10 inside FL Studio and select the MIDI tab, can you see your keyboard in the list? Highlight it and select "enable." Did this work? If so then your keyboard is recognized and working and you just need to open an instrument to play anything. The sound that your keyboard makes will not play into FL Studio, only MIDI signal runs along the USB cable in your case. The keyboard can be used to control the software instruments in FL Studio, but that's it.
Cheers
