all i want to do is make a 'supersong' for a workout but i dont know how

Ok, either you want to create a CD with songs in a specific order, and burn that to a CD, which is perfectly possible with each and every burning tool available,
OR you want to create a continuous mix of songs for your workout.
If it is the latter, you are in a tough spot, as that requires mixing qualities, to create a continuous mix, which doesn't break up the rythm.
This is what DJs are paid the big bucks for on the radio and at raving parties. Making a quality mix (or supersong are you call it), requires skill and determination, and just isn't for anyone.
If you just want one song to continue in the next, you might give acoustica (www.acoustica.com) a try, as that is quite helpful in the basics for making a series of songs being played without silences. Maybe that will get you off to a good start.
