How do music and technology relate in the 80's?
I have to do a social studies project and I have to write two pages full of music and technology in the 80's. The first page is supposed to answer the question 'How do these two topics relate to one another in the 1980's?'
Can you give me information on how they relate that I can write a page about, and links to where the information came from?
1) '80s music saw the rise of synthesizers and keyboards (synth pop, new wave)
2) Music videos became highly popular in the '80s (ex. MTV, "Thriller" music video, "Take on Me" music video)
3) Digital recording methods became more widely used in the '80s
