I ordered it in black and was shipped blue, but other than that it is a great keyboard for the money. I am not sure who has more fun playing with it- my daughter or my husband and I.

This is a very cheaply made keyboard that should probably go for $25 or less. The volume control doesn’t work for the mic, which is ear-piercingly loud, and the volume buttons are incorrectly placed (the “volume up” button is pointing to the left and the “volume down” is pointing to the right) which can be very confusing for children who are learning. It didn’t even come in black; it was royal blue which makes it look as cheap as it sounds.

I bought this to learn keyboard with, along with a dvd/manual combo, and spent a few months teaching myself to play. While the sound is not great, it was a great price and just what I wanted to learn on, just to see if I could learn to play.

Decent keyboard. Great for beginning pianists. A few things:
*The sound – the keyboard’s lowest sound is quite loud. The keys sound cheap, especially the high ones. The biggest problem is that headphones can be used, but they only amplify the sound; sound still generates through the keyboard speakers and not just the headphones, so there is no way to play quietly.
*The keys – they are a little smaller than most keyboards.
*The music stand – the music slides off of the keyboard stand easily.
