Will doubling up on my rubber bands speed up my braces progress?
so i just rubber bands for my braces. i want my braces off asap. will doubling up my rubber bands speed up the process and help me to get them off quicker??
Actually it would help, but you should never do more than two together. Also, another tip is that when you take your rubberbands out to eat, you should replace them with all new ones so that your teeth continue to have the resistance against them since rubberbands obviously will stretch it, it's best to change them out when you take them out. It's important to wear them all of the time too except when eating and when brushing your teeth, otherwise you will have them on longer.
